The Little Black Dress

Coco Chanel introduced in 1926, since then 'little black dress' has been the epitome of timeless fashion. US Vogue's creative director Grace Coddington could not be seen without one in 'The September Issue', and it represents all things simple, glamorous yet sexy.

Even though a little black dress may seem boring to some, it still is one of the most must-have items in every woman's closet. Something that will always be in style is a knee-length (right above, or below) sleeveless sheath. The best thing about black dress is that you always have room to accessorise it, either with a bag, statement sparkly earnings or even killer heels.

I feel that a statement black dress is slowly being forgotten about and I would love to see more of them on the catwalks and out on the streets.
